What proportion of essential oil to use:
For massage : 2 drops of essential oil to mix with 10 ml of carrier oil, i.e. 1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil, or 3 drops per tablespoon.
For facial care : add a maximum of 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to a 50 ml jar of base cream to personalize your day cream.
In a diffuser: 3 drops in the volume of water for a room of 10 to 20 m2.
In bath water: 10 drops maximum for a large bathtub , essential oils are not soluble in water, so they will not disperse in the bathtub water...instead, they float on the surface and stick to your skin, which can be irritating...
