A considerable advantage is that the waiting time to be served is very short.


You will receive an email or text message informing you of the availability of your package at the collection point. You will then have 14 days to pick up your package.

As soon as your package is delivered to Bpost, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a delivery date for your order.​​​​

You will then be able to follow the progress of your package using the online Track & Trace, free and at any time. You will be able to know where your package is,  when he arrives at his destination and count down the hours that separate you from your Epsom salt bath with essential oils... :-)

You will receive an email or text message informing you of the availability of your package at the collection point.

Then go to the collection point with your identity card and the barcode attached to the delivery of your package.

Returns and Refunds


Products ordered from can be returned up to 15 days after the date of receipt of the order. the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will be refunded to you at the same time as the amount of your purchase.

The return concerns products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original packaging without the safety closure system having been opened.

The refund will cover the products and delivery costs at the time of purchase.

The reimbursement is made in the form of a bank payment in the name and in favor of the buyer.

Allow between 5 and 7 working days for the refund to be processed, after delivery of the item to our workshop.

Beforehand, please contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return the item to us, in order to ensure proper follow-up of your request.
